Clint, AKA Clint419, the elusive founder of London based streetwear label Corteiz, has built a cult following for his brand through guerrilla-style marketing and high-profile support from the likes of Virgil Abloh, Jorja Smith and Central Cee.

In March, Clint released his collaboration with Nike on the Air Max 95 Pink Beam, launching the trainers with a pop-up in New York, dropping coordinates on Instagram for limited, first-come-first-served purchases. Videos of consumers sprinting through the streets went viral on social media, with men’s fashion publication Hypebeast describing it as ‘hysteria’. Speaking to Dazed for his first ever interview, Clint commented ‘I hate the word “marketing”. It’s just natural. I never thought it would go viral. I’m not going to act like I know what the exact outcome will be. Everything to a degree is spontaneous. Everything is last-minute'.
